Time to repair handset and respond to e-mail

Ref CLC993973 I gave my phone Samsung S4 in on the 6 Dec to be repaired only to be told it would take 14 to 21 days and no loan phones available on 11 Dec i send a mail and got a response back that they will attend to the mail in 24 to 72 hours this is pathetic if Cell C wants to be competitive they need to speed up this process, at Vodaworld the same problem gets fix in 2 to 4 hours agg nee Cell C sies man please explain to me why you can not give the same kind of service.
