I have had terrible internet speeds from the 1 may 2013. I an paying for a 4 meg line, and i buy uncapped bandwidth by the gig to run apple tv and other media devices. I have been calling nearly daily for the last 8montsh just to be told about a pending upgrade and our exchange being overburdened. I need the internet for my business as all my accounting packages are cloud based. I have lost allot of business as i cannot access this at times and i have been late for dead lines. I really dont know what to do anymore. I have not even seen a technician in the last 8 months, just a call to ask if my land line is working, and that is clearly not. my problem. I expect telecom reimburse me for that least 8 months, never mind over 70 000 rands worth of business i have lost. I hope you can help me.
