Hello
My internet and land line has been down for almost a week. I called the call centre last week asking to upgrade my internet line from a 1meg uncapped to a 4meg uncapped. As you can see we already had a internet line so this should not be a problem. The following day our internet line went down and my telephone line. I have a internet based business that i run from home and for almost a week i havent been able to do any busness. I drove to a telkom store twice in 2 days and called the call centre more than 5time carring the cost on my cell. They kept on putting me thrue to someone else that knew evan less about my proble than the previouse guy. This is frustrating. Please help
