No solution after 4 years

Telkom should be called Kakkom. I have had my 4 Mbps ADSL line with them for 4 years and have never had a consistant connection. Initially I had to manually disconnect my modem everytime the speed degraded down to between 7Kbps and 50 Kbps. I have logged over 40 calls and now they tell me there are only 4 reported problems on their system. I am fed up. today I called again from work and because I couldn't physically reset my modem at home I was told to call later as the call center is open untill 9PM. I just spent 2 hours waiting for "Your call will be transfered to the next available operator", but that never happened.
I would move to another operator and even pay more for the service but unfortunately I live in a low cellphone reception area. The latest excuse is that my exchange is congested and they are working on the problem, but they don't know when this will be resolved.
Come on Helkom get your act together, I've paid for my line every month and you still give this terrible service.
Many reference numbers and escalation numbers and still no resolution. No wonder your share price is plummeting. This is definately not in the spirit of Ubuntu. Typical service from a governme
