Slow Internet. Bad Ping

I am the only one using the internet, Speedtest was done in the same city, and ping is 500.

I have a 1mb/s plan and I do not get nearly that speed.
I had 12 people working on my line in this year telling me that thy cant to anything about it and I should call Telkom and tell them to speed up my internet but thy just send someone out to my house that thy cant do anything.

Im starting to get annoyed...
