Yet again, me and Telkom! I am paying for a "faster" internet service than the "slow" one of 384Mbps. I have constant problems with my internet speed and have to keep checking it and reporting to them so that they can "flush" my line.

I find this totally unacceptable as I would think that it their duty to see that I get what I pay for and on the previous occasion I was told that I have to check myself and phone them when my line is too slow and they will then only look into it.

My Ping: 22 Download speed: 0.34Mbps and upload speed: 0.41Mbps.

Rerig???
