Neotel - no voicemail & "number does not exist"

On 13 Nov I reported that when people leave voice messages on our business' phones, we can't hear them. Neotel doesn't record it. In the meantime, 1 of their consultants wanted to close the complaint "because it's been open too long". Still no solution has been found almost a month later. Now, when someone phones from any network besides Neotel to our business, Neotel's recording says "the number you have dialed does not exist". I've phoned numerous times over the past month and explained myself over and over again. Regret signing a contract with them. Still have a year of this to go through. We are a small business and this is our busiest time of year. But now when someone phones us, they think we don't exist! Super frustrated with poor service. Over the past 2 years we've had numerous issues with calls being dropped, signal dropping, noise on the lines, clients not being able to hear us, calls not connecting. But this is now the worst of it. We have one prepaid and one contract phone.
