Internet Complaints link - Oops not working

I have tried to log a complaint on the quality of my 8ta line for the last 10 days and I keep getting a 'Oops this page is not working' error when I click on send.

Here is my problem.

My internet keeps dropping / loosing connection. When gaming I continuously get kicked.

Speed test I get 2.1Mps and 1.5Mps upload and download respectfully with a ping of >80ms. Ping test rates the line as B with a ping >50ms and jitter of 6ms.

Is there any way I can reduce the ping?

Please answer rather urgently and honestly. If there is no way I will be moving back to ADSL so there is no real loss of business, but I really want the best line connection I can get, please.
