Billing errors and unsatisfactory customer service

I would like to get my frustration resolve by senior manager from Cell C billing department. I logged the billing query back in September for charge of internet use with ref number 3111103017 but I have not been contacted by anyone to give feedback in over 2 months. How is that for appalling customer service. I had to phone them myself this morning and was told I was going to be credited 2.65MB data which does not answer my question of internet use which is strange to me as I do not use internet on my phone.

When I phoned today I was transferred from pillar to post between the technical helpdesk and customer service. I really wonder why I stayed with you for 9 years when I receive pathetic service half the time. if I did not upgrade 3 months ago I was really going to move to MTN because I have a contract there for my daughter and it hassles free.

Hope someone will look into this because none of my family ever want to use Cell C for this reason if it not network problems it unfriendly customer service from staff or billing errors.
