I sent an insurance claim to them last week Monday via E-mail. Did not get a response.
Resent it on Wednesday, got a reference number. Tried phoning everyday since then just to get an update. Nothing, nada. No-one picks up. Yesterday I tried staying on for nearly 45min and ended up leaving a message. Guess what, no-one phoned back.
As a 10 years plus, loyal customer, it seems it's time to move on.
