I have been struggling for almost a week in getting the ADSL package I ordered online. There were numerous call agents that were incompetent in doing they're job. I have been having problems in migrating my line from MWEB to Telkom. Every time I ask them the progress of my order they put me through to the Wholesale department that only works with the ISP's. How can they not know this. I have also been promised that my ADSL will be up and running today (10/12/2013), but was told by a call center agent that "it is not going to happen today due to Mandela's memorial, and they are working skeleton shift". How can the biggest Telecommunication Company in South Africa do that? I am a paying customer and expect service when I need it. I need the Internet for my studies and are already behind due to bad service from them.

So please look into this matter as it is not professional.
