Dear Vodacom, i have been trying to do some stuff on the self service site, but keep getting errors. I tried to use your contact us email functionality and every time i try to send the message, well lets say it does not work, the send button. I can actually edit it like an text box. I do not know if my message was delivered or not. Even tried it different browsers. The site also performs very slow. It used to be a nice and friendly site but i struggle to find my way around it. I'm still not sure if my message was delivered to Vodacom regarding my issue that i cannot deactivate my data bundle via the website. Even tried via your mobile app and got the same issue. Hope someone from Vodacom can assist.
