Incompetent IT: I tried to be nice, but I failed!

Today, I wanted to compliment a PnP staff, I tried the website, this is the error message I got:

Page not found
The page you have requested does not exist. Please check that you have entered the
address correctly, and if not, enter the correct address and try again.

Took me a while to write the comment but what can we do, so I call your care line. I was told to use [Email Removed] And me did (after re-writing the entire story).

Guess what? Yes, I got another error message, as follows:

Your mail to [$to$] was not able to be processed. Please use our Web Form on our site to submit your enquiry so that it can be properly processed. If you continue to receive this error, please notify our site administrator

I now have 249 characters left to tell you my story (now 197), so I cannot. The staff concerned will be disappointed. but you appear to prefer that people cannot contact you. Maybe that's why I buy little at PnP! You seem to be your own worst enemy!
