I was due for an upgrade & was hounded by autopage. when i finally requested the upgrade, it was 2 weeks later and i still didnt' receive the phone. my complaint is about the service i received. i was extremely upset & for good reason, but i went from person to person as the manager was too busy to talk to me. eventually, i spoke to his assistant who apologized and said i can cancel my contract & he would mail me. 3 days went by and still nothing. eventually i visited the sandton city branch. the staff didn't seem at all interested that i was so unhappy. all i was visiting for was to cancel my contract and they say then that nothing was required except to request the new service provider to port my number. Telling me that the person who served me had resigned did not interest me at that point. i was so unimportant that not a single employee tried to keep my business. i don't want a phone call or anymore apologies, all i want is to put the pathetic service on record and to say that i have told everyone i know about how i was treated. Continue treating your customers this way and soon you won't have any. I may not get much better service elsewhere but i doubt it'll be worse than this
