Yet another person thinking Autopage is USELESS!!!

In January 2013 I did an upgrade through the call centre upgrades department. I was assisted by Moses. Since then, I have phoned numerous times to obtain an email version of the contract that I entered into and yet to date, I have not received anything. When you phone the call centre, you get passed from one person to the next and the next and the next... until you get to the first person that did not help anyway. It is pathetic. Once this contract expires I will move my business away, I can't wait in fact. I have requested to speak to a manager but to this day I can't be put through to any manager and they don't call me back. I actually wonder if they have any managers working there. If they do have any, they are equally as useless as the call cenre staff by all accounts.
