Can't get a technician to respond!!!

I did a cell C upgrade on the 8th of November with the understanding that should my reception not improve with the new sim card I will be able to cancel my upgrade in the 10 day period. On the 11th of November I informed Cisca that I still do not get reception I therefor would like to cancel my upgrade and cancel my service all together with cell C. I was then informed that you can not cancel a upgrade and they will sent a technician to me to verify my reception and service. The turn around time for a technician to get in contact with me is 10 days. I have visited the autogape shop and sent numerous e-mails. I also contacted autopage head office 4 times but to date no feedback from cell c. If i contact Cell C they refer me back to autopage as they are my service provider. I pay close to R1000 per month for a service I am not able to use. As this is a business line I divert my calls to a vodacom number just to receive my calls. I can not continue paying for a service that I am not able to use!!! I need Cell C to either correct my signal problems or cancel my contract. I've had this contract for 11 yrs without problems and can not understand what is wrong all of a sudden!
