Incorrect billing / pathetic customer service

2 contracts - 1upgrade and 1 VAS. Regarding contract 1 - an upgrade was done and a blackberry Z10 was issued on a talk 100 BB lite package. The Z10 user then decided to continue using a 9900. 2nd contract user used the Z10. A request was filed to add BIS to contract 1 for the 9900. After 3 weeks of continuous trying and being informed by autopage staff due to system errors this was still not done. Eventually I was told it could not be done & the manager would contact me to change the package to a standard talk 100 package which would enable BIS towork. The manager called me 2 days later than said and I then missed this ONLY call of which I did try to call back and did not get through. This was on thurs 30th May 2013. I went through to autopage on June 2nd and was told they can only do package exchanges n the 1st of every month so again we sit with a blackberry and no BIS. Surely an acception can be made as it was not my fault that the system couldn't do the exchange for the prior 3 weeks. Secondly contract 2 (Z10 user) requested a data bundle. My phone bill has been ridiculous re data and my data did not carry over. I am being billed unnecessarily and im furious! This is my money!!
