I am being billed excessively! Please read people!

After my original complaint https:///cell-c/complaints/cell-c-for-yourself-cell-c-sandton-city-stay-away-952087, CELL C has still not sorted out my problem. I have a contract which is for R99 p/m. I have been billed 29/09 = 471.94; 31/10 = 306.56; 30/11 = 298.01; 30/12 = R199 and again R99 (Why twice in the ame month?). After sending ORIGINAL bank statements to Nkosazana Motsamai and [Email Removed] they finally responded and admitted that this is a mistake. However, nothing has been done?

I am being billed for 2 contracts, but I only have one contract with Cell C. This is!!! The person handling the case Nkosazana Motsamai said that there is definately a mistake and that she would call me back on the same day (17/01/2013). She still hasnt gotten back to me. I am going to the ombudsman and opening a case at the SAPS. Cell C for yourself how bad Cell C is, this is my second problem people, refer to the link above for the first one.
