The saga of the 3-G card which refuses to work

I wrote a report a short while ago about the 3-G card I purchased from MWEB as a birthday gift for my dad. It was delivered on 19 November and to this day does not work despite a sim swap and my inconcenience, a new device and ANOTHER sim swap and the debit order already being taken off my account so of course MWEB is sorted because they have their payment even though I am still UNABLE TO USE MY 3-G card. So after being promised by a manager yet again on Saturday that someone would call me on Monday morning from 8am I have still not received a call to explain to me why the this device DOES NOT WORK IN 3 DIFFERENT LOCATIONS AND ON 3 DIFFERENT PC's. And after another riveting 17 minute call I've just been told that I would be called back because they need to find out why my card is still not working and why the BIRTHDAY GIFT TO MY DAD is still not working since I received it on the 19th of November 2013. ALL I WANT IS A FREAKING 3-G CARD WHICH ACTUALLY WORKS WHEN I PLUG IT IN, IS THAT TOO MUCH TO ASK FOR FROM SUCH A GREAT SERVICE PROVIDER AS MWEB IS!!!
