Waiting 6 days for a migration of internet line

I requested to have my Internet line migrated from Mweb to Telkom. The application was made on the 3rd of December 2013.

Since then iv spoken to countless agents trying to find out what the status is of my request. Only to be told that i need to wait because its not done BUT no real reason being given.

I thought id wait till today and then call again. When calling I found out that my migration was still pending and nothing was done since last week. If I didn't't call in I would have gotten NO feedback and would have probably had to wait another 7 days maybe even more before anyone would contact me or inform me of what's going on.

I used to work for Telkom and I know for a fact they always strive to be the best and deliver great service. What iv been experiencing thus far is a poor excuse of client service and simple service delivery.

I would like my migration to be done as soon as possible so that I can continue to enjoy my Internet and so that I don't have to deal with this kind of bad service.

I keep getting transferred from one department to another and no one knowing who I should speak to... its so frustration especially since all I'm asking for is a little feedback.
