Absolutly Shocking Service

I am utterly socked by the pathetic excuse Mweb refers to as service. They where quick to make promises when getting me to sign up for the all inclusive ADSL package where they manage your line and Telkom support when required. Now when I needed it, the support is nowhere to be found. My original complaint was logged on the 4th of April for ADSL connectivity problems so bad you cannot get email. After following up numerous times as to when I can expect service to be restored and receiving many a promise (all broken) of call backs and or service from Telkom which never materialised, I still have the fault. The technicians keep escalating when I phone for feedback as Mweb seem to think they do not need to keep the customer informed of long over due fault statuses to the managers that promise action and call backs from escalation managers that also never happened and here I still sit and wait or both the call back and my service to be restored. Mweb just does not care is the message I am getting. Mweb blames Telkom and Telkom blames Mweb but no ownership which Mweb did agree to when I signed the contract! So this month I am paying full price for half the services. I give up with Mweb.
