I am very frustrated about the poor service that I'm getting from Telkom. I'm tired of always having to report a fault on my line. I pay a hefty amount every month and my line never works. It is ridiculous. My line has been unusable for almost three months now. I literally cannot make calls or use the Internet at all. I pay every month for no service.
