This is my second complaint with regards to my invoive I received where I had paid total due for R523.45 was the total due on my statement by end of Nov 2013. After making payment, I was told that I am still in arrears of R70 for late payment? Oh really since when? Even though it does not appear on my statement my lines have been suspended. When Cellc Called me on my previous complaint, nothing was achieved as I was told the same thing. I am not paying other than my total due. I am not happy with Cellc and their stories each time. I will be going to Vodacom instead. Always trust the company who has been there the longest...
