I spent 40 mins on the phone with their call center trying to get someone who could tell me what was going on with my line and its movement to my new address. No one could give me an answer and eventual just put the phone down on me. I called back and demanded to speak to a manager only to be told that they are all in a meeting. I find that very difficult to believe. For a company with such a bad reputation and this doing so terribly financially. I would have thought they would focus on the basics. Treat customers with respect and don't waste their time!

If i had the choice i would never deal with Telkom ever. I pray that another provide comes on the scene to stop this monopoly.
