Billed for data not received!!

Last ref received: 3110802736 (date:8/11/2013)

No response received to date, CellC successfully debited me for months of subscription for which data hadn't been used due to their negligent suspension and my account placed in pre-legal!! Was promised reimbursement of all mishaps and unpaid charges..but nothing.

They have been in breach of contract from day 1 with me signing for a specific subscription and being billed triple that amount.

If I cancel, there shouldn't be any charge cause they have already taken enough and reached a profit from me already.

Worst service provider!!!
