I called in for an instant recharge, currently on a top up 200 package and the agent tells me all i qualify for is R25 airtime as his system will not allow him to activate more to my sim card and only a team leader will be able to authorise more than that amount. I know this is not true as i previously was given a higher amount from previous agents. The service he gave was so, he raised hus voice at me and tells me that the whole call centre is without team leaders, which is so unprofessional how can you have a company running without supervision??? He then drops the line on me after me telling him that i do not believe a word he is saying! I have 3 lines running with Cell C, i know you dont care if i threaten to change providers because what is one customer to millions? Im really upset as i had to wait long to get through to an agent and needed to make am urgent phone call... dropping the line on me without reaolving my enquiry is call avoidence! I want something to be done about this, i am a very unhappy customer. I always receive service from this company. Such a disgrace
