For the past 2 months I been trying to settle my car and receive the ownership papers but the call centre agents do not know their job and waste my time, each time I sit on the line for over 30 minutes trying to explain to them I have authority on the account and for the past 5 years I been calling in with no hassles, then eventually the team leader Ellen assisted me on the 1 October but ever since the call centre agents refuse to assist because they cannot find some letter giving me permission to enquire on the account, but the team leader prior found it and assisted,
Today I sat for more that 30mins on my cellphone on my first call with no assistance and was told the team leader will call me back in 5 mins no call back, 5 hours later I call same story Lebogan Segage was the call centre agent, stating team leader will call me back because she can't find the permission, I held on the line for 30mins again, wasting my time and airtime costs.

All I wanted was to arrange delivery of the ownership papers, following instructions from the previous call of settlement. Advising to call back once final payment was made,

But this has become an impossible task, I want a refund 4my calls
