Cell C
REALLY DISGUSTING SERVICE

I delivered my Blackberry 9360 to Cell C Alberton City for repairs on the 27/4/2013. On 2 May 2013 I called into the repair centre to be told they haven't received my phone as yet. I then proceeded to call the store I spoke to Gary who informed me that RAM collects on a daily basis he will have to check what has happened and get back to me. I demand an answer today with regards to my phone or I will cancel my contract with Cell C I have never experienced such pathetic service. My phone wasn't even 2 weeks old and already it was faulty. Cell C really needs to come to the party other companies are beating your service by far. Why must I waite so long I am now sitting without a phone. Let me also add my contract consists of 2 phones and the Samsung was also sent back still waiting for that phone to be returned to me aswell. Pathetic that's all I have to say.
