Declined Application Due to Technical Erro

I applied for a Telkom HomeOffice LTE product last week and I was told that the product would be delievered within 7 working days. I called Telkom Mobile today to enquire about the delivery of the product, I was told that my application was declined because there was not sufficient funds in my account when my 8ta (another contract) debit order was run on 31 August 2013. There was more than enough money in my account on the 31st!! 8ta sent me a sms saying that there was a technical error with regards to the debit order, and the debit order will be submitted to my bank on the 5th. A consultant confirmed that there were problem with the August debit orders.

To clarify: There was a technical problem at 8ta when executing the debit order therefore they treat me as someone that fails to pay his account and decline my application! This is ridiculous!

Please fix this mess and process my applicaton ASAP, if not I will take my business else where!
