Earlier this Feb I purchased a blackberry battery from Vodacom @ hillside mall on the bluff. the battery lasted a few months and it has a 1 year guarantee so I took it back to the store not for a refund but for them to replace it. for - 5 months I have been constantly querying about them replacing my battery as I made them aware of the fault in July. nothing has been done and they keep telling me that they cannot get any stock and even told me at once that they did have stock but did not keep one aside for me. the entire staff has been very slack as no one has ever contacted me even after me giving them my contact details on numerous occasions. I have kept my receipt and battery (which is useless to me) hoping that this would serve as proof of purchase. thus has been a huge inconvenience to me as I was left without I was promised that the manager would contact me but that has failed to happen. I feel that this store is inconsiderate and have proven that they are not concerned with pleasing their customers who in actual fact promote the progress of their establishment. I would love this matter to be resolved and for other consumers to also be aware of their disgusting service
