I've purchased a scooter battery 4 months ago. I followed the instructions and the battery ran fine. After about three months it started giving me issues.
I took it in last week, reporting that the battery is faulty. The battery was taken from me and I was interrogated in how I have followed the instructions.
After the third time the consultants in the store wanted to go through the way I had followed the instructions, I left the battery there for them to send in and that I would be called within 48hrs once the battery returned.
I still haven't received a call.
Besides the rude service and the behaviour of the consultants in the store telling me it was my fault the battery didn't work after 4 months of using it.
I'm highly disappointed. I'm going to a store to be treated like customer, not like an.
