Cell C
NEVER SWITCH TO CELL C!!! EVER

Cell C is simply the worst thing that has happened to me in a long time, basically its not even a real network, but more like a where you a get a phone that doesn't really work properly in many areas, even in central Johannesburg, like Rosebank, accompanied by the worst customer service imaginable. I have acceptable network coverage in some parts of Joburg like Sandton, but at home (Sunninghill) I have basically no service!!
Filled in a network report and sent to cell c over 3 weeks ago, and have phoned them 4 times since, spending about 30 mins on the phone every time with their mind bogglingly incompetent staff, and to no avail, have had no feedback from them, they are supposed to send a technician out to assess the network coverage problem, I haven't even received so much as a phone call from them. This is after speaking to managers, trying everything I can, and spending hours on the phone with these people. O, and another thing, if your thinking about getting a iphone with cell c, rather don't, istore only supports MTN and VODACOM, so if you have a problem with your phone, they wont support you unless you pay! Cell C estimates 2 weeks to do a check on your iphone!!!
