Still no solution (MTN response REQ 2963487)

I refer to incident dated Tue 21 Nov on Data Bundle & Billing - WOW! I was amazed, not to mention disappointed at the lack of resolution achieved after this response. Granted I have received feedback, via email from a Musa Twala, with a breakdown of the charges however no response to my reply on what sites or action plan as to how to resolve especially since the issue was raised given the amount of the billing. You are obliged to pay with no arrangement whatsoever to pay the amount off in portions as opposed to one whopper payment. It has been impossible to get through to customer services since, there is no way to get through to a consultant without a cellphone number, even when attempting the simcard number of the tablet. How does one resolve a query with this service provider - it appears to be a pointless exercise as the expectation to just keep silent and pay. Pity, its a sure-fire way to ensure you never renew a contract!
