Poor service from MTN

I upgraded my cellphone package and transferred my contract into my name at the Westgate MTN branch on the 27/7/2013. It took MTN over a month to transfer the account and I only received my first bill in September. The bill was high and I had put it off to hidden costs that I had not been told about. When I received my next bill I noted I was being incorrectly charged. I contacted MTN online to find out what was going on (1/11/13). After no response from the online department I went into a branch on the 12/11/13. Here a consultant identified that I had been signed up to the right deal but the wrong handset had been captured. I was sent to another branch as they could not change anything. That branch forwarded my complaint to the Westgate branch and told me I would be contacted the next day. 2 days later I contacted them for an update. Sibongile contacted me 3 days later and informed me she was aware of my problem and that she had made a mistake. She needed my contract to do the changes and would get it the next day. 7 days later I called them for an update and was told it had not arrived. I asked for the manager to contact me. I have waited 10 days and still nothing.
