I am not sure what to say anymore. I have been complaining for almost a year now. When i purchased the myfi product which they so greatly advertise, they ensured me where i live is a netwirk available area. However it was'nt. I had to drive around everytime to fund signal just to log on. I went to store too ask if i can purchase a booster and was told no, no options available. I then sent formal complaint and mentioned that i wS moving. They said they will extend period and if it doesnt work still, they will refund the money. When it didnt work they just said nothing they can do. Wont even refund money after i have a referwnce agreeing they said they would. Now for 3 months they been contacting me. Even sales manager niel le roux said it would be resolved ib two days, 3 weeks ago. Again someone called me and said nothing they can do.
