Cell C fast for sales but slow with deliveries

My sis applied for a contract with cell about 2wks ago and was told they'd call her to no avail, i had to send a email to Mpho and he called her to advise of approval and they call her again to advise of delivery date, she called the CC again and was placed on hold for 25mins by Edith who was checking, i sent Mpho and Customer service a mail again and they never responded nor have they called her, i have never seen such pathetic service in my life. I can honestly say i am with vodacom and wanted to port to Cell C but i heard their network now i can clearly see their service delivery too, wake up Cell C, you dont need to offer people cheaper rates to get customers you need to offer 1st class service, vodacom gives 24hrs delivery after succesful approval and you take 2 wks... PATHETIC!!!
