Cell C joining the ranks of bad service

I applied for a new line on 06-03-2013, everything was approved and I was promised delivery within 5 to 7 working days. I enquired on 15-03-2013 and was 1st told by Fikile that it was not approved, then Karabo called me back to say that the misunderstanding has been resolved and I would get delivery on Monday, 18-03-2013. Needless to say, today, after a 18 min wait for the phone to be answered, I am told that it has not yet gone to their validations dept. It seems Cell C has also adopted the "i don't give a " attitude as you probably have more than enoughs subscribribers and cleary don't need anymore. This is what happens when customers stay loyal to 1 service provider, they get the golden kick. Your service is PATHETIC Cell C, remember word of mouth is powerful, I will advise anyone that will listen to opt of another network in future, as Cell C cleary does not give a.
