CANNOT GET THROUGH TO CANCELLATIONS

Hi there, im trying to cancel my contract, the courier has picked up the handset but the contract is still active. ive been trying to get through to cancellation for a total of about 6 hours with no luck, im so frustrated. I need the contract to be cancelled sothat i can apply for a new one.
