Phathetic stinking customer service

I applied for a contract in 2008/2009 for a package that comes with a laptop, it was during the month and I was told they don't have stock and will call me as soon as stock is available, at the end of the month i received a bill which i went and rejected because i don't have a thing of theirs. They promised to reverse the account and let me know as soon as stock has arrived, eventually they called me to say they do not have laptops anymore and wanted to offer me something else, so I said no because I was attracted to the package because of the laptop, I then requested for termination which was done with hassles.

3 to 4 years later I receive a sms to say my account has been handed over to MBD Inc, I called them to ask which account and no one can explain.
