Good Day

I am currently a contract holder at MTN, my contract is due for an upgrade, therefore I decided to call the call centre to upgrade to be told I can't go from voice to data, and that's fair enough, the agent I spoke too had no idea what I was saying as I asked can I than apply for an additional sim card for the laptop to which I was told that they are out of stock for laptop, the agent advised will get back to me and today I still wait. I than called back on sat spoke to a young lady, who did not even bother to take down my details, told me they are out of stock for any laptops and she does not know when they getting stock, whatever question I got was I DON'T KNOW. I get that its out of stock but the least she could have done was check and try to access when they will have the stock. The I DON'T KNOW response left me thinking maybe canceling would be a perfect idea.
