My Telkom line has been out of order for 3 weeks, the fault has been logged numerous times. On 2 occasions this week I have had the misfortune to speak to the 10210 Call centre, on Monday it was Mary, who, after I told her that I was fed-up of dealing with told me "with that attitude we are not going to help you", and she was true to her word, I asked for a manager to call me, and I am still waiting. Today, 4 days later, I called 10210 again, and of course a totally different person answers the phone, again I explain, and again I am patronised by your staff - it is a bulk fault, they are still working on it (3 WEEKS LATER!!! @), and when I say that this explanation is no longer acceptable, she just puts the phone down. Telkom, this is disgusting, and clearly you must think that this is a good advertisement for your organisation. I am absolutely furious and i cannot believe that this is how you treat your customers. SHAME ON YOU, and I guess this email will just fill up a small part of cyberspace as well, because there is nobody in there with an ounce of concern for customers. What do I have to do to get a reaction from you?
