On Wednesday, 10 April 2013 at 08:10, I logged a fault with my residential line and was given the following reference nr : 28CWK100413.

Since logging the fault, and being advised that a Telkom representative would contact me regarding the matter, I have received no feedback or action plan from Telkom. Each time I have had to call to make the necessary enquiries regarding the progress of the fault.
As a telecommunications company, I find the feedback (or lack thereof) extremely disheartening. As a so-called "Pinnacle Client", this slow - and non-existent - response from Telkom is unacceptable.

The matter has now been handed to Eugene at the 10210 Fault Reporting Call Centre today. He has given the assurance that he will feedback to me by the close of business today. However, in the meantime, the line remains faulty.

I have enjoyed a very positive relationship with - and great customer service by - Telkom thus far, and that has been the main reason why I have, to this day, remained a loyal Telkom client. However, if the customer service is slacking, perhaps it would be time to readdress my "loyalty" to Telkom.
