My Telkom phone/ADSL line has not been working for 5 weeks. I have phoned 10210 numerous times, and all I get each time is a reference number, but nothing happens. When I tried to escalate the complaint, the call centre agent eventually came back and said the supervisor was not picking up the phone! (No surprise there). I have now decided to cancel my service with Telkom, but I am unable to do so, as again, no-one answers the phone. I called 10210, and followed the instructions, then listened to their bad music for 28 minutes (remember, I have to call from my cell phone) and eventually gave up. How do you deal with this organisation, when they just do absolutely nothing, and you are even unable to cancel the service? Is there anybody there?
