Called the call centre to upgrade, Richard the call centre agent thought he knew what he was talking about. Turned out he does not know or understand the various packages. Then he laughed at me when I corrected him after he was wrong. He did not listen and tried to sell me a package that I did not want.
Well time to move away from VODACOM after 17 years, not only is the call centre service dropping but so is their network.
