Vodacom still phafing around with repair of phone

Two weeks back I had to resort to Hello Peter to get Vodacom to react to sending us from pillar to post on repairs of a phone. Vodacom reacts all apologetic about their service centre. They have Cresta take the phone and book the repair. This is the 3rd of October. I forward as per their instructions the Job number after 2 days of nothing I am even more generous and only send them a email on the 7th. Again this so called brilliant response email, bull#8&! $ they only forward the phone to repairs on the 7th of October on the 9th at last they start their assessment. How long still, if I had left this phone in Vanderbijlpark on the 28th of September I would have had the phone back already. Vodacom thank you for your pathetic customer service rendered.
