Requested cancellation due to retrenchment

I informed MWEB that i need to cancel my services due to me being unemployed and they are unwilling to assist. I requested for immediate cancellation and they informed me that they can only cancel at the end of November. I made the request in writing on 5 November 2013 and telephonically on 1 November 2013 however it was out of office hours and they informed me that I will have to complete their cancellation forms and submit which will only be addressed during office hours. This is unacceptable as I did make my request on 1 November 2013 by calling their share call number.
