I have a 100 Anytime contract. I pay R199 per month for R100 airtime and R60 BIS included. I never had any problems till last month. My BIS were disconnected and I received a sms saying I have exceeded my limit. When I contacted MTN they said I had more than R800 internet useage for the month, which was impossible as I dont download and I haven't done anything different than any other month. I went to the mtn store in N1 city and the guy checked my account and said he saw I was being charged for data, which was wrong as I was using a blackberry. He logged the query and said they will get back to me within 48 hours. That was on 29 November. I still haven't received any feedback from MTN and R1200 has been deducted from my account. I am suppose to only pay R199/month. And the account is still being billed for data as I received my airtime on the 15th and the next day it was gone.
