Vodacoms absolutely shocking service

I took my Iphone 4S in for repair to Vodacom 4 U in East Rand Mall about a month and 1 week ago. I was told that it would take 10 days to repair the phone.

After 2 weeks of not hearing from them I phoned to hear whats is happening with the phone, the woman then told me that they gave the SIM tray back to me and actually need it before they can start the repair on the phone, no attempt to notify me of this oversight was made. I then took the SIM tray to the repair centre in Lakeside Mall where the phone now was.

I phoned Lakeside Mall today (3 weeks later) only to be told that they sent the phone back to Vodacom 4 U on the 18th October, almost 2 weeks ago.

When phoning Vodacom 4 U, I spoke to a Jackie, I had to phone back 4 times as she was going to phone me back as to the where about of my phone and never bothered to.

This type of incompetence is shocking and this shop needs to be taken on by management higher up in Vodacom as I do not want to use a service provider that takes no interest what so ever in its clients and the people that are paying for their salaries.
