Telephone line faulty after 1 Week!

Reported Faulty telephone line on 24/01/2013 @ 20H13. Line dead since Wednesday 22/01/2013.
No feedback from Telkom and on their web site except they no about the problem and is working on it.
Operators not friendly an talk so fast you can't hear them.
No escalation contact were given when asked for one.
Must wait till they fix it.
Can't supply any indication of when it will be repaired!
