My phone never brought back

Good evening am nkanyezi. I took my phone for repairs mtn store where I had bought on the 14-10-13 and I was told I would get it after 10 to 14 working days. I was later called and told I need to pay R3220 to have it repaired. I paid the amount a couple of days later. I have since been waiting from that day to get my phone . not once have they called to update me on what's been happening with my phone. I have called them many times and am hearing different stories and at the end of he month am always paying their phone because its a contract phone, that's my business phone as well I have lost so much income that I cat pay the phone any longer cause I haven't been able to make money and have not been able to be in touch with my clients. I have used all the savings I had to call now am bankrupt i don't know what's happening with the phone could they just be honest with me and tell me if they cant fix it they should give me a new phone or my money back
